I’m still working on mine - I can’t eat gluten. It is a hell to the no on any and all dairy products. and beans make me gassy - what a struggle it is for this tummy of mine - but hey, I’ll forever be a work in progress!

I take my vitamins every morning. I practice good hygiene. I drink my water. eat my fruits. keep my enzymes near at all times. take a shot every morning. & most importantly, I keep my health and mental health in check the best way I know I can.

HERE IS WHAT I USED 👇🏼

•• NATURES FLU SHOT BOOSTER

pineapple juice. ginger juice. turmeric powder. cayenne pepper. honey. fresh-squeezed lemon juice. minced garlic.


•• SPICY GINGER BOOSTER

ginger juice. cayenne pepper. fresh-squeezed lemon.


•• CARROT TOP BOOSTER

carrot juice. ginger juice. turmeric.


As you can see ginger juice is our common factor in all 3 shots!

HERE IS WHAT I DID 👇🏼

•• I blended my ginger + water in my @nutribullet & strained it with a cheesecloth. I applied this same technique to my pineapples & carrots, all separately!

•• for each shot, I added 2 tablespoons of ginger juice.

•• add spices depending on which shot you are making 👆🏼+ mix.

2 tablespoons of each juice is standard for these shots, but I like to eye it out to my preference, feel free to do the same!
