Whether you’re in quarantine boo’d up or have to virtually get your lovin on - here is a quick, easy & delicious meal you can make together + a lil sumn sumn for dessert 😏😛🥰
To all my people at home, alone, with family or single - I LOVE YOU! don’t worry - still get that ass in the kitchen and cook this delicious meal!
BAKED SALMON + POTATOES + ASPARAGUS🍽
SMALL WHITE POTATOES
•• seasoned with - butter. oregano. dill. thyme. paprika. fresh-squeezed lemon. olive oil.
- mix together!
SALMON SPREAD 🐟
•• butter. minced garlic. oregano. dill. thyme. paprika. fresh-squeezed lemon. olive oil. (same as potatoes + a Lil extra) mix but don’t make your consistency too runny! Wanna be able to make it into a 🧈🧈 spread!
ASPARAGUS -
•• dash of salt + pepper.
throw a little olive oil + seasoning mix you have left, over everything in your pan.
HERE IS WHAT I DID
preheat oven to 380. Bake for 40min or until golden brown, and check on those potatoes, some may need a little extra TLC in the oven to get soft!
DESSERT 🍓🍫🍦🍊
get that vitamin c in while ya sweet tooth is at it 👇🏼
•• one halo tangerine + strawberries.
•• mini chocolate eclairs. I found these at Dollar Tree!
•• dollop of cool whip
•• get a little creative & get a drizzle going - I melted a crunch bar I had + a little milk to make my consistency a bit runny, & voila! KRUNCH DRIZZLE - 😏
grab a glass…
or bottle of wine & unwind 💋
